Always pack a lunch or snacks if you are going to be out for more than 2 hours. Then you wont ever have to buy food while you are out which not only saves money, but is healthier than most food you buy out.
That’s a good idea, we often take a couple granola bars when out doing errands, we also keep at least one in our car at all times. However, we enjoy dining out and often incorporate a meal into our trip. Dining out may not always be the healthiest choice but variety from what we make at home is appreciated.
