		<description>Trapping rainwater is illegal here in Denver, but re-directing is OK. So I&#039;m re-routing all of the downspouts so they empty onto the lawn or garden. It&#039;s a small step, but it helps.</description>

		<description>Note that in many counties, as terrible as this sounds, it is illegal to collect rain water.  Someone downhill might have a water right to it already especially if there is any irrigation or agriculture where you live.</description>
